When will my order be delivered?

For instock products:

Within Karachi: 2-4 days

Nationwide: 3-5 days

For pre-orders:

Expected delivery time: 3-5 weeks

Please keep in mind that unexpected circumstances like bad weather or strikes may cause slight delays.

I have received a defective/damaged item.

1. The complaint must be registered on the same day as receiving the order.

2. You need to provide proper pictures or videos of the damaged item along with the complaint.

Any warranty for gadgets?

Here's the warranty information for gadgets:


1. We provide a 3-day check warranty for all gadgets.

2. All Xiaomi products come with a company warranty.

What if I want to change the ring size?

1. You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving the ring.

2. The exchange is only valid for the same ring design.

3. Within Karachi, there's a charge of 300/- for the exchange.

4. For other cities, you'll need to return the ring to our address, and then we'll send you the new ring with a delivery charge of 300/-.
